Ashleigh was wonderful to work with. She provided a requested renters insurance quote to me on my daughter's behalf same day via e-mail. I called with a couple questions & was able to get through to her right away. She had all the answers I needed & completed everything super fast & sent over the policy in record time! She was very pleasant to talk to & I would love to work with her again. Thank you!

Ashleigh was by far and away the best customer service representative I've ever dealt with. She made things so easy for me and went above and beyond what was asked. She is a great person with a wonderful personality and I would recommend her to anyone looking for insurance coverage!

I wish I can give 6 stars because Ashleigh is a star. Nowadays, good customer service and support is hard to come by but Ashleigh exceeded expectations. My family and I are relatively low maintenance but my interaction with her made me feel like I was their most valued customer. Jason has a great team and it is always a pleasure regardless who I speak to.

Ashleigh Porter truly is amazing to work with! She is my go to person I refer for Renters Insurance. Not only does she offer fantastic rates but she gets things done typically same day. Great for that rent that looking to move in ASAP. Give her a call you won’t be disappointed!

I have had Allstate for about 15 years, and have always had good luck. Debbie assisted me with a policy change, and she went on to look over both vehicle policies, help us get even more savings, and let us know about the pay in full discount and the easy pay discount. I walked with one thing to change, and I walked out with 3 times the savings!
