I have been banking with Illiana for a few years now, I chose them after an unpleasant experience at my last Credit Union right up the road. Honestly never had a bad interaction with anyone there, always have been kind and super helpful with any question or concern I’ve had.

I actually recommend this Credit Union to a few of my friends and family members who have enjoyed there experience as well. Love how they know who you are when you pull up, no filling out a bunch of slips that have been flying around your car for days. Surprisingly have some very competitive rates when it comes to loans and even have a cool Christmas savings plan to offer amongst other things.

I would recommend this Credit Union 10 times over any other Credit Union in our area!!! As someone who has multiple banks and accounts this by far is my favorite location to visit.

This was originally a Bell employee credit union. Been a member for over 40 years! I always been a joy to do business with!!
