She was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient explaining the exercises I needed to perform to help me resolve my issue. Connor and Julia were also very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. (March 5, 2023, 10:03 pm)I had a total left shoulder replacement performed by Dr Craig Cummins 11/2022 ! After several Weeks of Therapy with Hailey and the other Therapist at IBJI @ the Crystal Lake location I have been released from therapy as of 03/2023 and 100% free of Arthritic pain and probably at 65% back to full usage again.They are All amazing and have changed my life for the best.Why did I wait 3 Years to be out of pain? Trust me just do it you will be in Great hands! Thank You All & God Bless !

They took my concerns into consideration, and answered any and all questions that I had. I would highly recommend using them in the future.
