Hub Market

Just had lunch so didn't get try a sandwich yet. Didn't realize this place was here. My son bought a brownie. Very small place with limited seating but they offer nice Boar's Head deli meats and cheeses, salads, etc. Staff was very pleasant. There were some interesting canned items, homemade pastas and other items I would like to try from local businesses.

If you're looking for somewhere to have good food, whether you're out with friends or just in a rush running errands look no further! Hub Market is an excellent choice, I have tried almost everything on the menu and can highly recommend their food (the tomato prosciutto focaccia is best). And I'm eagerly awaiting grill and smoker season so I can try out the different meats they have for sale as well. They also have an assortment of other delightful items in the store as well such as dog treats, rubs, sauces, jerky and many other things. The staff are super friendly, take the time to chat with you on occasion and really make you feel at home. This place is wonderful and you should definitely make time to stop by if you're ever in Mchenry.

Don't be like me. Get there on time... But I walked up literally as they were locking the door, not realizing they closed at 6pm. But the lady working laughed, unlocked, let me in, and asked what I needed. She answered my questions and cut up my pork chops with a friendliness I know I wouldn't have been able to muster. Truly phenomenal customer service.
