This has been my third time coming to this facility. The first time was several years ago my brother was in here. I have to say back then I was not impressed. But now my aunt is here and this is the first time I've been there to see her. And I have to say totally different experience. It's been over 6 years since I was last here. I'm not sure if management has changed or maintenance has changed but there is definitely a change. And it's a change for the better. I was greeted at the door and walk through the check-in process. The receptionist pointed the way to my aunt's room. As I passed workers I was greeted friendly. I am impressed. When I reached the nurses station there was two young ladies sitting there they greeted me and showed me the way to my aunt's room. Very professional. While walking down the Halls and entering the room the one thing that I noticed how clean the place was. How well kept it was. Walls painted floors clean. That wasn't the experience I had over 6 years ago. Now when I enter the room I noticed how fresh it smelled. It made me feel like my aunt was in a safe place. And that means the most. So kudos to management and I have to give kudos to maintenance because I checked doors dressers refrigerators just to see. No complaints!
