Very well stocked store with a very helpful and friendly staff. Dillon was very helpful in getting me set up with an amplifier when trying out a used guitar which I ended up purchasing. Was definitely worth the drive from a further north suburb! Loving the S2 custom 24!

I usually don’t leave reviews but man I was so impressed this is by far my favorite guitar center I been to so many, I’m so lucky it’s close to home. I get the best service and right professional music advice every-time but there’s always one person that stands out the most that is Zach he’s help me pick out the best equipment from my monitors, drums, headset, and even speakers I always end up leaving with so much cool stuff I want to thank guitar center for hiring the best in the business honesty! Also I appreciate the great job Zach even with my son and small car we made everything fit perfectly I left satisfied

Ordered a used guitar from this store that was sent to me in Michigan during the height of the Christmas season. The entire transaction was handled over the phone (including an inspection of the guitar and a million questions I had) by a cat named Jamie. Easy as could be to deal with. Very helpful. And then the warehouse people packed the guitar up so good it could have been thrown out the back of the truck when it got here and survived (it wasn’t. UPS was great, too.).

I went in yesterday to have my strings replaced on my guitar. I am a casual guitar player (at best) and was admittedly a bit intimidated going in. Would they talk down to me? Be annoyed with my ignorance about even where to start? Nope. They were super helpful and made quick suggestions. Not only that, they went the extra mile restringing the guitar including fixing another piece on the guitar they saw needed it and got the guitar freshly oiled, stretched, and ready. It ended up taking about 30-40 minutes so wish I had left to run errands but they did it on the spot and the guy doing it was super friendly the whole time. All in for restringing and repairs was under $50 too (I believe $35 for the restringing) which seems a great price for the service, speed, and quality.

First, let me start off by saying I have received exceptional customer service. I walked in with a not very expensive guitar because I'm starting out and don't want to buy a guitar until I know I could do it. So Mike the tech Put a new string on for me for free! Now that's just plain. Awesome that the employees are empowered. I could tell you this much, I know where I'm going when I need more equipment. Please keep up the great job!
