(October 12, 2022, 10:08 pm)Decided to go with them due to many of the reviews I saw here, so now I am one of them! Wanted to replace a shower with a bath/shower combo. The team did beautiful work including tiling the shower walls, ceiling and same tile on the rest of my bathroom floor. Giovanni was incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns I had and the install team was absolutely fantastic. Super nice guys who were respectful of me and my home. Couldn’t ask for much more!! So happy I got this work done and very happy with the result.

We did have some issues, no fault of John or his tradesmen, which delayed completion by several weeks but John kept me updated and his guys did a beautiful job on my bathroom. The only area of improvement would be a more detailed formal contract/proposal and any adjustments should be written on contract with cost breakdown. Overall I'm pleased with my new bathroom. Thanks again John!!
