Get Flooring

GetFlooring did a great job tearing up tile, installing wood floor, and sanding wood floor to match the new stain. The crew did a great job and the quality meets my high expectations. The attached photos show before with the old white tile, and the after with the new floors with new stain on the right part of the floor.

Working with Get Flooring was a solid experience. Their system of having a contact person easily available for you is a solid asset.

We had some slight scheduling snafus at the onset which caused a slight delay of two days, but after that the work progressed smoothly and with good communication. Our contact person Kimberly was available anytime for questions/concerns.

We had existing tile removed, two rooms refinished, and 3 rooms get new hardwood. The floor look gorgeous, and our installer did a great job connecting what we had and making the entire space cohesive. All of the newly installed floors are creak-free, which is pretty amazing for me. Every house I've ever lived in has had very creaky floors before this.

The estimate was clearly talked through and was what we paid in the end, no surprises.

No home project is without stress or the need to communicate, but working with Get Flooring was a very positive experience for me!

Choose Synergy Floor. There is nobody else. The team was amazing to work with. From the beginning, they were incredibly responsive and professional. They offered me a very good price in comparison to other quotes that I had received. During the project they unearthed some underlying issues with my subfloor being uneven, addressed them with me, and plotted a new route forward. They were able to fix everything that was wrong - so not only did they put in new tile - they leveled and fixed my floor.

Igor was my installer. This guy is amazing. He shows up every day and works very fast, but accurately. Every tile has been laid so precisely, I find myself just staring at it. It is incredible what they did. If they make a suggestion, go with it. I had a slightly different vision for our foyer regarding the layout of the tiles and in the end I am very happy that I deferred to their expertise because it ended up looking amazing.
