This has been my T-Mobile store for several years. The customer service here is fantastic. Kara will go beyond expectations to make sure the customer is satisfied. Her other team members Elia, and Fernando will go the extra mile to make sure you leave with a positive experience. Great customer service! Sadly, a rare thing these days. My husband and I came in to get help fixing his phone. Calls weren't going through and it was acting out randomly. An Asian female employee (unfortunately, I did not get her name) was extremely nice, friendly and very helpful. Not only she was able to fix the issues we were having, but she also explained everything in great detail and was very knowledgeable about technical side of things as well as plans offered. She even upgraded our plan because it was outdated. I've already recommended this location to friends and family and will definitely come back here again next time we need to upgrade our phones or anything else. We left the store pretty stunned by how easy and pleasant our experience was. Simply outstanding!
