I have 2 properties with them and they give me peace of mind that some one is looking out for me you won't always lower your taxes but they help soften the hit when they are trying to hike you up to much

Farlap & Associates have truly been a God send for our family. I have been with them for several years and have not been disappointed. I live in the South Surburbs of Chicago and the property taxes out here are insane...but they have kept us from getting the increases...I highly recommend them give them a try...really...no B.S...they help!!

I've been with using Angelo's company for 2 years now. I have been amazed at how easy him and his team make it to submit appeals online. Thank you so very much! We were hit with a very high property tax bill 2 years ago that almost doubled our mortgage. Because of Farlap Assoc. We were able to get our property taxes down almost 3k for the year.
We just recently recieved more good news third year as values went up we are able to bring ours down again, not as much as last year but at last we avoided another hike.
