I have been part of the Bluestone family for 6 years. It is an excellent work life balance. Upper management is very positive and accommodating to personal and work issues,always there to provide mentorship. They appreciate your hard work and dedication. I hope to be part of this wonderful company for many more years to come.

I have been part of Bluestone for 3 years going on 4 years now and it is truly an amazing company to be a part of. I have not only been able to grow my professional skills, but I was able to take those skills and morals that Bluestone demonstrates every day and grow as a person. I started here at a young age and I can definitely say with the team work environment and great leadership Bluestone has shown, it has molded me to the person I am today. In all, I look forward to being a part of the bluestone family and look forward to another year.

I first started working with Bluestone when I was 19 years old. It was my first real job and it taught me a lot about professionalism, team-work, and understanding. Through time I was presented an opportunity to move out of the city to continue my education, I ultimately found work, and was able to take my experience from Bluestone to help me create a positive work environment for myself and others. Since then, I have found my way back to Bluestone and cannot be happier to be here. I am really grateful to work for a company that has amazing leadership, understanding, and compassion for all of their employees.

I have worked with Bluestone a little over 2 years and it’s been AMAZING and a blessing to be working with the company! We work as a team everyday and take care of each other as a family. They do their best for everyone including our residents. Happy to be growing and gaining more knowledge/experience with them! Can’t wait for what the future holds for me at Bluestone!
