Genuine care. Very pleasant surroundings. Attentive care givers. This is only first day experience, but I'm pretty good at summoning up energy and expected care levels. Looking forward to my loved one (son) receiving the needed care for his recovery. Thank you

All the staff members are so extremely kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I always feel very welcomed here when I visit. This favility is also very clean. That's a huge plus!

My father was sent to this facility when he unexpectedly fell very ill over the holidays. I'm very happy to say that the care and service he received here were stellar. The staff was very professional, caring, and diligent with their tasks. It was evident from the beginning that the atmosphere was patient-centric. A special thanks to nurse Adela, CNA Andrew, and the speech, PT, and OT staff. Due to everyone's care and diligence, my father was able to return home very quickly and stay in good health. I'm so happy to see him smile again after so many days! Thanks you Elevate Care!

The staff at Elevate care North Branch has been exceptional with the care for my father. Tess the assistant director of nursing has been phenomenal. The respiratory therapists have all been amazing and rams great care of their patients, Vick, Zach, Maurice, Tammy and Antonio are the best RT’s. Everyone here truly cares for the well being and improvement of their patients. I recommend this place should a loved one need to be here for rehabilitation. Nida is AMAZING for caring about all her patients!!
