    I’ve been seeing Cassandra at ECH counseling for a little over a year now. I had almost given up on trying out therapy when I found her. For most of my life I’ve had an ongoing battle with anxiety and depression. I can confidently say that my life has completely changed for the better since I’ve seen her. I gained so much strength and understanding about myself that I didn’t realize I had before. I’ve been able to overcome some very difficult life events and feel that I have so many amazing tools to help with anything else life may through at me. My anxiety has been so much more manageable as well as my depression, I no longer feel trapped in my own head. I continue seeing Cassandra and am so incredibly thankful for her. She is truly amazing!! She saved me and made me the strong person that I am today!! I wish I could give 100 stars because she deserves it!!
