Dundee Ford

I was very happy with our experience at Dundee Ford! We had driven over 2 hours for a different vehicle on a competitor's lot. We were so unhappy with that dealership that we drove to Dundee. We were immediately relieved to have a warm greeting and ease as soon as we walked into the dealership.

We worked with Mohammad who immediately had the car we were interested in pulled inside and cleaned off (it was a very wintery day). We were able to look over the car inside the heated garage.

Mohammad was very knowledgeable on the car and the specs. He was very patient as I asked to drive it a second time. Buying a car is very intimidating and stressful and I felt very comforted. I took a LONG time to decide that I wanted to proceed with buying the car. Mohammad brought in the director of finance, Vincent. Vincent was extremely helpful in letting me talk through the deal. He listened to me and made me very comfortable.

The sales staff was real. They were knowledgeable. They were genuinely nice. They earned my trust to purchase from them. They went above and beyond to meet my needs. We even ended with a big hug from both of them. I highly recommend visiting this dealership. We were very happy to be driving off the lot in our new car! Thanks Dundee!

I received my notice from Ford after months of silence that my ordered 2022 BRONCO had not only been verified as built , it actually had shipped and was received that same day !!! After arriving at dealer , I was greeted by Dave in sales , who has taken the time to notify me of any updates from Ford he received . Then took me to my Bronco and it was that time I have been waiting months for and I was FINALLY able to test drive it … After the test drive went in and talked with Ricky in sales . As my vehicle , when ordered was at a certain price , but since then Ford had a price increase , which I was concerned over . Ricky contacted Alik (Sales Mgr) via phone and at that time Alik informed him that I was “price protected” and proceeded to sell me my BRONCO at that price !!! Can I say that I was impressed , what dealer does this ? Next I go into the finance dept and talk with Vince who explained all my options without ”forcing” me to purchase things I didn’t want . So now here I am writing this review because these guys really did me right and took care of me , the Customer . Believe me , In this day reading all the negative comments on social media about dealers across the nation and the bad experiences being had by Customers , I have to say mine was a GREAT experience !!! I got my NEW BRONCO , thanks to the efforts of the entire sales staff at Dundee FORD !!!

After two years of waiting, the Bronco Wildtrak does not disappoint. Michael Medina and his team were great to work with throughout the process. For example, before picking all the accessory items for my Bronco, the corporate accessory representative took me out and showed me around his own personal Bronco to help me make up my mind.

The service department has also been fantastic to work with when scheduling the accessory items to be installed. Their work has been great.

I brought my car in for service an hour away here to Dundee Ford, it was 100% worth it.

All staff (service writers, managers, technicians..) I interacted with were very helpful, polite, and served me with a smile. Both Tom’s were very understanding, helpful, and clear over the phone.

Genuine, caring, attentive to detail, trustworthy, and transparent people all in one place is hard to find in this industry. And I can’t thank Rich enough for going above and beyond in his customer service. His videos also cement the transparency and how much he cares about his customers/ his craft/ his co-workers, and how much the dealership also cares about their customers and their employees. I just wish I lived closer.

I have following a Ford Master Tech (Ford Boss Me) that works at Dundee on YouTube for 1.5 years. I was so impressed with his professionalism, honesty, and integrity that I purchased a 2021 F-150 Platinum last year and I have all of my services done at the dealership (3,00 miles full synthetic oil…The Works, etc.). I have had no problems with my truck but if I ever do I know exactly who I want to work on it. I have learned so much from him and I am so thankful for him and Dundee Ford. I’ll be replacing my wife’s car in the spring and I know exactly where I will go to get it. Ford Boss Me and Dundee Ford are great examples of all that is right and good with auto sales and service. Keep up the great work and thank you for the best vehicle I have ever owned!!!!
