This is Shannon, Jason’s wife. I cannot speak highly enough of Dempsey in Plano, IL. I was coming from 3 hours away, never having bought a vehicle without my husband before. I was uneasy going into the appointment and all of that quickly faded away. Eli could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I never felt the least bit pressured or like I was being “sold”. It was like we were just hanging out, getting to know the vehicle better and it was a great fit! His boss, Josh, helped strike the deal and was once again, super accommodating. The owner even came out and chatted with me a few times throughout the process as did some of the guys on the service side. It was an all around terrific experience and honestly, an answer to prayer. I will definitely check them out again when we are in need of our next vehicle and suggest you do, too! It was definitely worth the drive!
