I have a hard time trusting my vehicles with anyone as I have a deep connection to them as if they were my kids not just a point a to b mode of transportation. Since I bought my truck Todd has made it so comfortable and personable for me to travel the extra distance to bring Big Red (my truck) in for and service or issues she has. I live very close to Ottawa and could go to The competitor but the trust that Todd has earned my loyalty to Gjovik! When I call he remembers my number by memory and greets me by name which is awesome plus tells you that I service Big Red often. Thanks Todd for everything you do!
