From the very beginning, I have had no problems whatsoever with Community Self Storage. I have found the owner Jean to be not only a proper business person, but also someone to have a friendly conversation with!!
She’s also been very helpful when I had questions or needed advice! Having a friendly & pleasant conversation with someone is a two- way street and I can honestly say I have no complaints!! Thank you Jean 🤗
I’ve had generally positive experiences with this place and the lady (presumably owner or manager) has always been polite and considerate with me.
I’ve probably been somewhat of a pain, originally got a 5x10 unit thinking it was plenty, then upgraded to a 10x10, and now, finally a 10x15, which I just upgraded to today.
Very convenient in and out overall. Personally, I don’t see what all of the negativity is about. I have them bill me monthly with a card on file so that I don’t have to worry about remembering to pay month to month for items I obviously don’t care quite enough about to have on hand at home, which in my opinion are easy to forget things when you consider, well, life.
The ONLY reason why I knocked off a star is because one of the units I had was right next to a downspout and while my items inside stayed dry, if the temperature would drop below freezing that day, or the next, my unit would freeze shut. 9 out of 10 times it wouldn’t be a problem, but it prevented me from putting a load of Christmas decorations inside on two occasions, but, oh well, I lived.
