Absolutely incredible place, not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, but they’re extremely informative and willing to help in any way they can. The owner is a wonderful person who took the time to explain a bunch of really cool things and made the experience for my 8 year old out of this world! Gracie was unbelievably friendly and helpful and I plan on being a repeat visitor and customer for many years to come! 5 stars is not enough they deserve 10! Highly recommended

One of the best small businesses in Mount Prospect. Very friendly and helpful staff, and you can tell how much they care about their reptiles! Highly recommend.

Wonderful shop, knowledgeable staff and just a pleasure to wander around. The enclosures here are tier 1.. you can def tell a lot of love and care went into each one. Shop is stocked with lots of unique reptiles. Affordable prices on feeders as well. *Update added some pictures… I just adore the Beardie I got from Chief Reptile :)

My mom and I recently bought a harlequin female crested gecko here, who is about a year old. We entered the shop as amateurs and everyone was very helpful with the basics of crested gecko care and information about geckos in general. The employee that helped us pick our gecko was Jesse, and we are very happy to have a healthy and really friendly gecko at such a great price! We’re definitely going to come back to shop again! Thank you so much for being awesome individuals!

SPECTACULAR place top notch reptiles I bought my high white California king snake from them and she’s awesome!! As well as my live feed from them 2X a week I’m never let down .
They take very good care of all their reptiles as well as their shop !
As well as good and FAIR Prices . Definitely going to buy more from (snakes) and maybe other reptiles . Glad to see their faces every morning and I’m always welcome to check out any new members of their reptile family thanks your guys ❤️❤️🤍💯
