I've been here now twice and will always go here whenever I lose one of my little stinkies. I love them with all my heart and this is the place that; really has that empathy to understand that. They really will go out of their way for u and it means so much. Animals are my bestfriends and deserve a special funeral service like humans too. I highly recommend u go HERE. They are very caring and show lots of empathy. Thank u so much Chicagoland for making my pain a little better. Not overpriced! They do an amazing job I promise! :)

No words can really express how grateful I am for Joe and Chicagoland Pet Cremation. The whole process made an extremely difficult situation a lot easier. To be able to put my dog down at home, where she was comfortable was worth every penny I spent. I highly recommend this place to anyone, Joe and his crew are very kind people.

I cannot say enough good things about Joe and the crematory. I remember meeting him 4 years ago when my sisters dog Pepper passed away. I remember him telling us the story about why he created this business. His main goal was to treat animals with respect even after they have left us. We now have brought two of my sisters dogs there and now our own- Felony. This was a devastating time in our family and we are still having a difficult time. Joe was so thoughtful thru this entire process and made something so difficult a little easier. Thank you for what you do Joe 💜♥️❤️. The Kuhn Family

I first found out about Chicagoland Pet Cremation when my almost 17 yr old kitty passed away at home around 1:00am. This was the first time I had ever experienced this and I had no idea what to do or who to call in the middle of the night. I started researching on Google and came across a review from someone stating that their pet had passed away in the middle of the night as well and she had called Chicagoland Pet Cremation and surprisingly someone had answered the phone at that time. I thought that was wonderful and decided to call myself, it was around 3:30am by then and I was sure no one would answer but hoped to be able to leave a voicemail for a call back first thing in the morning when they opened. To my surprise, the kindest man answered the phone at that time! I later learned this man was Joe, the owner of this place. To say that I was a complete mess it’s truly an understatement, I was devastated and so overwhelmed, Joe was patient and so kind trying o understand me through my sobbing. I was a little embarrassed because I couldn’t control my emotions but Joe never, ever, seem rushed or impatient or bothered. He was kind, understanding and so sympathetic. I was able to take my Kitty in to get cremated a few hours later. Once I got there, I met another wonderful young man by the name of Charlie, he is Joe’s nephew and he was beyond kind as well, he was so kind and understanding, just like his uncle, he allowed me to vent and he listened attentively as I went on and on telling him about my fur baby. He assured me she would be treated with respect and dignity and I would have her ashes back as soon as possible which is exactly what happened. Unfortunately, only 4 months later, just last week, I lost my 13 year old pup. My girl’s health got critical overnight and I was now faced with the hardest decision there is for a pet owner, which is to perform the ultimate act of kindness and help my girl cross the rainbow bridge peacefully and free of pain. This happened on a Friday evening when all the vet offices were already closed and when no mobile vets had any availability for an emergency call. I had no idea Chicagoland Pet Cremation also helped with this. I called and once again, Joe answered the phone and helped me immediately, he had Dr Z come to my home within the hour of me calling, Joe was once again, sympathetic, understanding and above anything; KIND!!! Dr Z was wonderful as well, he was so kind to my girl, she left just as she deserved to go, peacefully and surrounded by love. Once her euthanasia was finalized, Charlie came to pick up my girl’s body, he remembered me from when I had taken Kitty in 4 months ago. He was extremely patient as my significant other and I said goodbye to my girl, he even waited until we brought our other dog outside to say one lass goodbye to our girl. I was extremely touched when I realized Charlie had tears in his eyes when our dog was saying goodbye, this made me feel understood and it made me feel like he too, was a part of our family. I’m not really the type of person to leave reviews online but this establishment has made a difference in my life and has helped unimaginable losses, feel bearable. Thank you Joe and Charlie for your kindness, your patience, and for the peace of mind you gave my family and I during some of the most difficult and saddest times of our lives. We are moving away from the area but when the time comes that we need your services again (hopefully not for a very long time 😔 we will be sure to come to you guys again, there’s really nowhere else I would ever take my babies to. Thank you so much for everything.

I am very grateful to Joe and Chicagoland Pet Cremation. I woke up early Monday morning as my by beloved Boxer Jordan was in distress due to cancer. In the early hours, I looked up cremation and euthanasia services. I called Joe sounding pretty hysterical as you can well imagine. He was very calm, understanding and sympathetic. He called Dr. Z who was at my house in less than 90 minutes. Dr. Z was very comforting and understanding when it came to euthanizing Jordan. Thank you Joe for the wonderful urn and helping my family in a time of need.
