The staff were extremely polite and very welcoming. The treated our puppy with so much care and respect. He was actually happy be there and was happy to let everyone touch him.

I have been taking my fur baby here since October(ish) of last year. Unfortunately, I think my pup is in the frequent flyers club with the amount of visits over this last year due to allergies in addition to routine items (spay, vaccines). Fortunately, she is taken care of by such great people at Randall Road Animal Hospital. I had a recent scare two weekends ago where my dogs eye swelled up, I took her to an ER Vet who long story short charged me ~$250 for a 20 minute appointment to what I feel was a misdiagnose and medication that made my dogs eyes worse. Dr. Borchardt and her team at Randall Road Animal Hospital where quick to get my dog in, identify what the real issue was and work on a solution with various medications.After a long week, my pups eyes are finally starting to get back to normal!! Eleanor and I are so thankful for them and all of the great work that they do!!

I’ve been using Randall Road Animal hospital for years. I have nothing but positive to say about them. My puppy is in love with Dr Borchardt. After my last dog passed away they sent a sympathy card and it meant so much to me that they took the time to help me grieve.

Their staff is warm friendly caring and considerate! Absolutely the best veterinary clinic in the area! Don’t stop doing what you do or how you do it you guys are Awesome!
