Staff are professional and friendly. The closing representative was informative and explained all documents. Plus, she quickly reached out to answer all questions. I will use them again in future business.
Had an absolute nightmare of a closing due to our negligent lenders. Four and a half hours of waiting on our lenders to send documents, communicate, correct mistakes, etc. The ladies at Chicago Title were so patient and worked so hard on getting our closing done. The appreciation I have for them is out of this world. The amount of effort they put into making sure everything on their end was done in a timely manner was outstanding. Couldn’t imagine how any other place would’ve responded to a difficult situation like this. Extremely glad we went through them!
