I had them redo 2 wingback chairs for me about 5 years ago and have since sent multiple family members and clients to them for various projects and everyone has been blown away with their customer service. Their work is impeccable as well. I had a repeating pattern on my chairs and they took the time to not only match up the fabric on each section on the chair, but made sure that the fabric also matched on the second chair so they would look identical next to each other! Their turn around time was also very fast and I found them to be very competitive in pricing to some of the other upholstery businesses in the area. Good pricing, fast and accurate work makes me a lifetime customer. Cannot recommend them enough!

(January 12, 2020, 11:43 am)I have a sofa and loveseat that Chase reupholstered at least 10 years ago. The workmanship was amazing! They still look like new. After looking through the many fabric books at their location, I I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. So I purchased my fabric elsewhere, but Robin helped me calculate how much yardage to order. The work was done quicker than expected and delivered and set up in my living room for me. Getting ready to have them do my favorite recliner. Trust their work totally.
