Great nice, quiet eating my sandwich. I didn't know they stopped selling apple pies. I haven't been in Burger King in awhile

The rooms were better than expected!!! They do need a little bit of work, just to help the customer.

The rooms was very spacious, a lot of room, but I need hooks where to hang my stuff besides the closet. I so love the big space right in front of the door where we can leave our luggage instead of blocking the way to the bathroom or the bed.

Love the space in the kitchenette area with a little sink, small countertop & mini fridge. But we do need a microwave & coffee pot.

Like the big space outside the bathroom with the sink & counter space for a lot more stuff. But I didn't like that I had to squish through the toilet to get out of the bathroom. Shower was good 👍🏻.

They do provide complementary breakfast. I didn't see it but my husband said it wasn't good. They only gave fruit & muffins. So he only brought me an apple! 😆.

Hyatt Place Chicago/Hoffman Estates served as the preferred hotel for the guests at my wedding in October 2022.

I ended up going with this hotel since the process in securing the room block was very accommodating and the extras they threw in (assuming we secured all the rooms) were great! I also liked that the hotel offered breakfast in the morning so it would give me the option to hang out a bit more with guests the day after.

The day of the wedding my husband and I arrived bright and early to drop off our bags and they said they would have it in our room that evening so we would not have to worry about having to carry it up. Additionally, since the hotel had a bar, the day of the wedding we paid to keep it open for and additional hour and secured one of the conference rooms so we could keep the party going.

Our contact Melody was so very helpful and communicative during the entire process. She reached out to me frequently to let me know how many people booked in the lead up to the wedding so we would be able to secure the complimentary shuttle to the venue and room for myself and my husband.

The room was great. We walked in at the end of the night and were surprised to find some romantic details in the room for us. We also appreciated the large amount of space in the room which made it easy to just throw everything down and get ready to rest.

Appreciated working with the team here and for everything they did to make my husband and I and our guests enjoy winding down after a big day.

Family went down for Christmas. Our stay was great. The rooms were clean smelled fresh. The rooms were so comfortable loved the way the have separation from bed and living room area. Breakfast fantastic. I definitely will be staying here from now on.

The rooms do not have microwaves in them but listen the room is very nice and very clean. The refrigerator is not plugged which I understand. The ice machines are only on two floors which is cool as well. No washer/dryer on site is why I gave 4 star. The staff was very friendly hotel in nice location I guess. No from here so I don't know

We had beautiful experience here. I was my family and spent quality time with them.😊I loved the house keeping service. Rooms were clean. They had fresh and delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Will definitely recommend this hotel.👍

At the time of my visit, it was around lunchtime, and the lobby was closed. Really inconvenient! I only stopped to get something for my grandson to eat and had an appointment to get to. Ended up waiting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. Even though all of that, the young man that waited on me was very pleasant and professional and even shared a laugh with me. Made my frustration melt a bit and I still made my appointment on time. 👍🏽
