TJ is awesome! My mom had a window that broke and she identified the problem immediately as a balance system problem. She was so friendly and helpful with instructions on what to do to be ready for the repair guys the next day. I can't say enough about the great customer service. TJ went above and beyond in narrowing down the arrival time so I could make it to a scheduled appointment. I highly recommend A Touch of Glass.

I had a really great experience working with TJ. I needed a part for my window, and although she did not stock the part she called the manufacture and asked them send me the part (free of charge). She called and emailed me to keep me updated of the situation. Its a breath of fresh air to receive customer service like this. Excellent job, you will certainly get a call when I replace my windows.

The seals had broken on many of our windows. After making an appointment with the Anderson rep, he needed hours for his presentation. Hev wanted to look at every windiow, and sell us replacement everything. TJ sent her guys out who measured the glass needed, and ordered the double pane windows. A couple of weeks later they showed up, removed the failed panes, and replaced them with new for Thousands less. The guys doing the work were very experienced, and not only did a fine job, but replaced a few balances for us, and even cleaned up after themselves. Was satisfied with the experience, and don't hesitate to recommend them.

I have worked with Touch of Glass twice for window pane replacements. ToG works directly with the manufacturer of my home's windows, so I provide ToG with the window serial number, and then ToG does the rest.

The professionalism is superior; all home services companies need to operate like this one. ToG makes the process easy for homeowners, and the staff is very pleasant to work with.

Then during the installation, the installers were simply efficient. They took care to remove shoes without being asked; even though I indicated they could keep their shoes on. The fixed pane replacement was completed in less than 10 minutes.

Pricing is very fair for the type of work performed. I will hire ToG again when another window repair is required.
