From the day I walked into this dealership I can not say enough great things. First off as soon as I walk in I am greated by Ken and asked what I was interested in. And I was interested in the at the time the 2022 Indian Chief Dark Horse Stage 2. I explained I was looking at a few bikes but this was the one I was only interested in from Indian and that I wasn't ready to purchase anything but getting the feel for what I wanted.
Let me say this. At no point was I treated any differently, he stayed with me giving me all the information about the bike.
Several months go by and now it's 2023 I come back to purchase my dream bike. Now it's the 2023 Chief Dark Horse Stage 2. Walking in Ken was busy with a customer so I was greated by Nicole (the owner) as I was looking around. I explained to her I was there to purchase a bike. She informed me as soon as Ken was finished he'll help me out.

At no point was I pressured or tried to be upsold on anything. I was in and out.

And to sum up T.C. the parts salesman is definitely your guy if you're looking for anything from parts, gear or information. He won't steer you wrong!

▪️The long version:
I went in on a Saturday to buy my new motorcycle & every employee that I dealt with was friendly, & passionate about these motorcycles.

-Working with Ken & Nicole was great.
They both worked with me throughout the sale, explaining everything & making it as smooth, (& as fun) as possible.
Both are super cool, easy going people who I look forward to seeing & working with again in the future.

-The finance process also went smooth & fast. I sat down with Maryah, who actually made financing a motorcycle stress-free & fun! (Great job.)

-Scheduling my delivery was easy going also.
TC was a generous & patient guy.
He helped with questions about future parts & services & was real good with my many phone calls after delivery.

-Speaking of delivery.....
the bike was delivered 5 days later.
It was snowing & sleeting.
Adam called me on his way to update me on the ETA (1:00 as scheduled).
The trailer ramp & my inclined driveway were both sheets of ice & the curb & street were full of snow.
A true pro.....he got that bike into my garage with no problems.

I can't wait for the weather to break so I can get out on this beautiful machine.

I visited the dealership multiple times before buying my Chief Vintage. Even on the days I was "only looking" Joel, Nicole and the rest of the crew treated me like a VIP. Windy City offered a fair trade in price for my old bike and now you can count me a happy customer. Dan in service is an awsome tech who will take time and explain what he is going to do to your bike and do it with a smile. Great bikes and great people.

This was the smoothest and easiest purchase I ever made. I worked with Ken (who came in on his day off to meet my schedule) on buying an Indian Pursuit.
I drove down from Wisconsin to pick up the cycle and will likely return for some service and to purchase accessories. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. This gives me confidence in the overall quality of the dealership.
