They let me drop in for a free class when I was home for Thanksgiving. The instructor, equipment, and people were great! Would definitely recommend.

The people here are truly family to me, especially the coaches and owners. J😉

It's tough, but so is any change.
Doctors and hospitals are even tougher.
This change is worth it, you are worth it.
Being in poor shape/health comes with a price and not just physical. Emotional and financial as well.

Crossfit is an amazing community to get involved in. The Yorkville crossfit that's run by Jeanette and Mark Stambaugh is an amazing place to work out and a great community to become a part of. Everyone including the coaches and athletes are so inviting and we are all cheering each other on
