Come for the gym, stay for the massage. Natalie gets the best massage in Northern Illinois. The weightlifting always tightened some muscles. I do other things like gardening and cycling and certain muscles get tight all the time. She's able to pick up which muscles to focus on stretching this time. My quads, my lats, and adductors were unusually tight this time. So I know what the stretch is for the month end. Hopefully it'll be better.

Incredible facility! Work out equipment in great condition. Very clean. Full court basketball. Plenty of racks for squat and deadlift. A great seated capf extension machine. I drive 30min to attend this gym on my off days as a treat to myself.

For a gym I give it 4/5 stars.

The only reason I give a 4/5 stars is because there isn't a shake/smoothie station and I don't believe there is childcare. Those two things would be nice for parents. Other than that, no complaints.

As with most businesses; there are a few things that could be different. Nothing to be concerned about.

A gym for serious athletes and bodybuilders. More upscale than Planet Fitness with better more sophisticated classes and equipment. Plenty of room for athletic training whether it's baseball, football or basketball this is the ideal place for athletes. The staff is always friendly and they make you feel welcomed. I wish they were open 24 hours, if I had a complaint but their hours are good enough. They have a sauna which you can't beat without going to a high end club and there isn't one in the area and it's not going to be at this price point. Best gym in Yorkville
