Second time visiting Wardell Orthodontics and loved the way we were welcomed and treated each time. My daughter felt comfortable. We love Dr. Wardell and his staff. She will be getting braces in two weeks. We both are super excited.
Dr. Wardell and he's entire staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. From the first day I came here for orthodontic treatment, the amazing staff made me feel very welcome. Everyone is so kind, the space that they are in is kept in pristine condition, and it is just an overall amazing practice. I look forward to going to the orthodontist because of the affable staff that greets you from the moment you walk and the top class care you are given. I highly recommend this orthodontist if you are looking for one, you will NOT regret it.
The staff and Dr Wardell are so kind and flexible. The whole team always explains things in great detail. My daughter and I had such a great experience here over the past 2 years. My daughter’s teeth are so beautiful, and that’s all thanks to Dr Wardell and his team.
Dr. Wardell and his staff is outstanding. In our initial visit they were very patient and thorough with what's expected and process of getting braces for my daughter. I would totally recommend them.
With this being our initial meeting, the office staff was so kind, patient, cheerful, helpful and took a lot of time to help us.
When meeting the Dr., I was shocked with how much time he spent with us. He walked us through every step, was funny, and took the time to explain to my son what was happening.
We went in expecting to be overwhelmed and over charged. We left feeling informed, confident, and fully prepared for the road ahead. My son commented that the orthodontist trip was "actually kind of fun."
While I was in the waiting room, I heard the office staff answering patient calls, and they were helpful and kind to EVERY patient. That's not typical anywhere any more.
