I contacted the service department and their next appointment was the day I was scheduled to leave. I explained my situation and not only did they squeeze me in the next day, they quickly resolved the issue and made sure I made my trip. You guys are AWESOME!

(February 22, 2023, 9:45 pm)Great experience buying a VW ID.4. The sales team let me pre-contract over email, so when I arrived on site the paperwork was essentially done and the car was ready to go. It took just a few minutes. I wasn't psyched about the obligatory ShadowMark upsell, but it was still an overwhelmingly positive experience. Many thanks to Leah, Bruce and Trevor for making the process so easy. Fantastic team!
