I went on a Sunday morning and everyone that worked there was excellent! From the reception staff to the nurse/paramedic to the doctor I saw, each person was truly kind, nice and caring and smart. They were able to see me quickly and it never felt like I was waiting. I'm so glad I went in person and appreciate all the staff, especially the nurse/paramedic who oversaw my vitals, initial symptoms, etc. He was a STAR.

I had a wonderful experience here! The scheduler on duty on Friday morning was literally one of the nicest, kindest, most empathetic and service-minded people I have ever met. She really listened to me and how a different doctor's office put me in a terrible spot. She went out of her way to get me in for a same day appointment, even as a new patient! She is truly a miracle and turned my day around. The staff at the actual appointment were also very kind and friendly. It's clear they care about their patients. Highly recommend.

Wait time was obnoxious even with an appt however Eva saved the day! She stayed on the phone with me past her shift to help with a medicine crisis I was having (shortage in pharmacies) and jumped in with solutions without sounding annoyed by my repeated phone calls. Thank you Eva for helping out a worried mom!

Front desk staff could have been nicer but I took my baby in for immediate care and got in right away. They took the time to run all the tests, walk me through everything and answer all my questions. Test results for everything came back super fast. PA and nurses were very professional and respectful.
Just a reminder to wear your masks properly even at the nurses station, though :) saw one person with theirs under their chin.
