Ryan was awesome, he didn’t leave until I was fully taken care of and did a wonderful job on hauling my car from DeKalb to Elgin. Did an awesome job and this company well affordable!

My experience with Tri-State Towing was amazing! They were very straightforward with their pricing which can be hard to find these days. Tri-State was also very accommodating as I could not be present when the tow truck arrived. Their communication throughout the process was also appreciated, with texts/calls to let you know when they were arriving, as well as a photo of the vehicle once dropped off in the desired location. I would definitely recommend Tri-State Towing to anyone looking for a reasonably priced towing service in the DeKalb area!!

I slid off the road and did a 180 into a ditch (luckily I didn’t flip) and I needed a quick tow. They only took 30 minutes total so I was back on the road within the hour. I was panicked because it was my first time going into a ditch and I’m sure I wasn’t the most understandable on the phone to the dispatcher but they were able to find me. The tow truck driver Andrew was calm and knew exactly how to get my car out of the ditch. Since this was my first experience with being towed and it went so smoothly I’ll be using this company as long as I live in this area.
