TNT Athletics

I am the head coach of a 13u team. Most of my boys have been working with Steve from TNT for 3 months now. I can’t explain in this review the positive impact they have made for my son and players. They are not only getting the amazing full body workouts they need. Their trainers have made them
more responsible for their actions. They are forced to take the lead and RSVP for themselves on their own. They have also instilled positive lifestyle changes. My own son included. He has a drive to eat healthier now. He refuses to eat snacks and junk food with heavy sugar content. He is now super aware in making sure he is properly hydrated. When I have a 13 yr old son enforcing me to feed and offer him healthier snack/meal options I know TNT is a place my son must be apart of as long as possible. I would recommend them to everyone.

You are able to work at your own pace and ability level, but Steve's motto is "no excuses". He is encouraging and helpful, but will hold you accountable! It is an awesome place to get a total body workout and have a little fun too! Whether you are young or more mature, everyone benefits from working out at TNT.

I started at TNT when I was in seventh grade because I wanted to get serious about my sport. Throughout my experience there I have learned so much about my abilities in regard to my strength, my mentality, and my sport. I have become a more capable and diverse athlete through my journey at TNT. I am now a junior in college playing at the collegiate level and will be forever thankful that I was exposed to a place like TNT at such a young age. It has been about eight years now since I began with Steve and even today I am learning new things. Steve has created a great environment with attentive coaches and athletes who will push each other to improve. I strongly recommend TNT if you want to get to the next level in your sport, or even just to get into shape.

At the encouragement of my niece I started going to TNT about
2-1/2 months ago. I am a senior who has never done anything with weights in the past. From the beginning Steve and his staff have been patient and encouraging, always ready to answer all my questions and to modify to my fitness level and limitations. I am able to work at my own pace without fear of falling behind.

To any senior thinking of joining a weight lifting program I would say "do not hesitate" this is the place for you.

My son started at TNT to help him to become a stronger, better athlete and to help avoid injuries while training. After one meeting with Steve my son was hooked and never looked back. Steve is educated, professional and above all welcoming to every athlete no matter where they are in their fitness journey.

I started going and I love that I have a workout already prepared for the day by Steve and his coaching staff is available to help with any questions. It's like personally training everyday!
