(March 2, 2023, 6:49 pm)It begins as you enter the door for me. The receptionist is professional and inviting. There's not a long wait time either. Dr. Rhodes-Gayles and her team are very thorough and makes sure that you have a clear understanding of services to be rendered as well as cost.

(January 26, 2023, 2:17 pm)Scheduling my appointment and signing in with the receptionist was a breeze. My appointment time was 1pm ; I was taken in the back as soon as my paperwork was completed. My hygenist, Naemi (sorry if I misspelled your name) was patient and very calming-I received a very thorough cleaning. Dr. Gayles is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and cares about each and every patient that comes through her door . She makes everyone feel like family ; my children and grandchildren are patients as well. I highly recommend Timeless Smiles because who wants to go through what could be a painful and terrifying experience with people who are disorganized and impersonal to your feelings?? I received a detailed schedule of my dental plan which included the procedures and projected costs through my insurance and my out of pocket fees ; this made it easy for me to schedule my appointments around with my pay periods. So with that , I feel confident to start taking better care of myself as a whole now that I know Timeless Smiles got me covered on my oral hygiene.
