(November 21, 2020, 5:50 pm)Everything we had at the Dairy Barn BBQ was delicious and big enough portions to share. We had two different pulled pork sandwiches... one traditional and one Carolina. (Get them with the Hawaiian buns!) The Wood-fired Pizza was done in no time and had great flavor. The cheese curds were the best we've had anywhere! After we were done we went back for Chocolate Shoppe Ice Creams. This is the best Ice cream in the country and we've been known to travel to Wisconsin to get some before. This place is on IL 173 and pretty much is downtown Capron. There is no seating by design but the food is worth the trip. Next time I'm getting the ribs. We could smell them cooking from down the street!

(October 29, 2020, 12:54 pm)Just stopped in today for the first time. Excellent food! I highly recommend the smoked chicken quesadilla it was fantastic! Plenty of food for one person. We will definitely be back and I'm sure the kids will love the fact that it's open year-round so during all the worlds' hard times we're having they can get ice cream all year! CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THE RIBS AND WOODFIRED PIZZA!!!
