Richard called us back the next day, which was great because we had guests arriving later in the week. Richard arrived and thoroughly cleaned our large rugs bed, removing the difficult stains we had requested and making the rugs look great. Everything is so simple and Tedora Carpet Cleaning Services! We will contact them again if we need upholstery cleaned.

I contacted Tedora after a mistake I made trying to clean velvet dining room chairs on my own. I used a harsh cleaner which left my chairs in worse condition than before. They were prompt and professional in their response. It was the day before Thanksgiving and they were somehow able to squeeze my appointment in. Not only did they repair my mistake, the chairs look like they are brand new. They even cleaned the chairs that weren’t damaged and did not charge me more. The tech was incredibly nice and wore a mask, gloves and shoe booties. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. And it was an incredible value. Going forward we will only be using this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Moved out of the home into a new home and needed to get the previous home carpet cleaned. I needed it done right away and at a certain time schedule and they worked with me. They kept in good communication, professional and good reasonable price. Carpet was cleaned and looked awesome.
