Gino has sold multiple places for us over the last 5 months. He has done a remarkable job in helping us get the places ready to sell and negotiating the best price.

We have also used Gino in helping us find renters in the past. Both renters stayed in our townhomes for 3 years until we decided to sell. Overall a very good experience.

We ordered an arrangement of flowers to surround our mother's urn at her funeral. Wish I had taken a picture, but believe me when I say they were beautiful and I know she was smiling down at them. Also, the service from Hratch (Hutch) when we went to first pick them out was great - a very warm, gentle soul - no pressure, just great service. And as a bonus, my home smells wonderful with the flowers I rearranged in vases after the service. We highly recommend this florist!

When we first met Gino, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market in Elgin area. Every time we viewed a new property Gino would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. He also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. My favorite Gino saying ... "the minute you buy a property you become the seller".
