Not all Farmers agents are the same. Nikole took us under her wing and created a new Farmers policy to replace our upcoming old Farmers policy renewal. She increased our coverage and reduced our annual renewal premium by 40%. Strange things are happening with inflation and climate change an initially we were not sure if the 2X cost increase in our annual renewal premium was normal or not. We are thankful that is not normal. Nikole was able to create a new policy and secured better home coverage at a similar price as last year. In our 21 years of owning our home, we had two past roof claims with another insurance company, one of which was for some modest money and the other was for $0 dollars (no real hail damage). Nikole was able to work through the issue of that history and still able to secure us great coverage at a reasonable price.

Great experience for the quote and sign up. Was shopping around for Auto & Home. Gave better rate for home than others; auto was not good as compared to current one Geico. So signed up only for home now. Worked with agent named Pamela R. - very helpful and followed up with updates timely. Overall so far great!
