As Penny & I were waiting for her cytopoint injection, a staff member at the front desk asked if I'd like Dr. Preston to do Penny's annual exam. It was our lucky day! Dr. Preston did a thorough exam & she explained the pros & cons of doing extra tests for Penny that might help us catch problems early. Thank you to the front desk staff, vet techs, & Dr. Preston for taking such good care of Penny!

I've had very good experiences with St. John Animal Clinic. I've come in twice for unscheduled visits and both times they took care of my dog. The staff was professional and friendly. I recommend this business and will be using them again.

My visit with Ollie was great! Dr. Buggy and the techs were very friendly per usual. I like that Dr. gets to know my pet before starting an exam. She is caring and gentle while doing her job and asks good questions. I am always pleased with the care my pets receive at St. John Animal Clinic. The girls at the desk are super sweet as well, always a hello when I walk in.

I'd been looking for a local place to get my senior dog in for acupuncture instead of driving all the way to the suburbs of Chicago. I was very lucky that Dr. Preston had an opening. The treatments help with her chemo side effects and general anxiety. As a fear free certified dog trainer, I was really impressed with the set up of the clinic, the staff, and our vet. After a couple of not so great experiences at a local holistic vet, I was reasonably a little nervous but that nervousness was quickly put at ease. Dr. Preston was kind, patient, and personable. My husband and I were SO happy with our visit. Staff was very accommodating to my dogs needs and did so with a smile. Dr. Preston was patient with my dog and was happy to administer acupuncture on the floor where she was more comfortable. She was also more than happy to give me warning so I could provide Gracie with communication cues of each "poke" that we have trained and conditioned outside of our vet visits. I can't recommend St John Animal Clinic enough and would not hesitate to bring my other dog there or any future furry family members. In fact, I had been calling since June of 2021 hoping to get in. It's no wonder that are so busy... They are THAT good! Gracie and I can't thank you all enough.

They take great care of our pups! I love that they have urgent care for the unexpected problems that occur. All staff has been friendly and accommodating. We have been bringing our pups here for over 10 years,
