As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a young lady. She politely asked us if we were looking for anything specific and said we were welcome to look around and come to her with questions. She didn’t hover, she kept her distance, but would also mention specials on the items we were showing interest in. We are leaving the store with a full couch set, a full table/chairs set & a trip to Vegas!!! Highly recommend this furniture store.

Bought a new mattress and frame. Monica was my salesperson and she was outstanding! Clean, very nice store and everyone is helpful and friendly! I give my highest recommend for Royal Furniture on Green Bay Rd. just north of Belvidere on the east side of the road. See Monica!

By far one of the best experience in buying furniture. Great place sale rep Lizbeth was amazing help very knowledgeable of the furniture and will help you find what you need. This place has been in Waukegan for a while highly recommend supporting this business.

Just recently I was at Royal furniture and Jose was very helpful and staff as well. They were able to get me the bedroom set I wanted and they’re guys who helped set everything up were very efficient and professional. Definitely recommend stopping by ! Staff is super helpful and they have a great variety of furniture.
