(May 17, 2023, 9:47 pm)Richard’s hosted the Ibis bike demo today and have to say Adam did a great job of getting the bike ready to ride in a very quick and comprehensive manner. Had a really fun time with the bike at Palos, really helps in trying to choose the right bike. They had some really great prices on many new bikes, will definitely recommend shop to cycling friends.

All I can say is very welcoming staff, great pricing and they always go above and beyond by providing extra care for your bike while they work on it. Went in for an adjustment on my derailer, not only did they adjust it spot on, but they went ahead and cleaned the cassette and oiled my chain. -

They have a great selection of bikes for any type of riding you can think of along with the ability to fix what they sell. Highly recommended!

(December 26, 2022, 5:08 pm)The best bike shop on the Southside. I drive 40 minutes to come here passing many other bike shops on my way. They are always more than willing to help whether it’s fixing my cleats on my peloton shoes, tune ups for my road bike, and more recently attaching a kickr core to my 8 speed road bike. Always very nice and professional. Thank you so much. I’ll be back soon when I’m ready to upgrade to a new bike!

(December 23, 2022, 12:15 pm)Great selection of bikes at all levels and styles and top notch customer service. There are many bike shops closer to me, but it's worth the hour drive for the Richard's experience. They always go above and beyond to take care of me.
