He detailed everything I needed to know about the warranty and provided a timeline of recommendations about flute check ups and care. The little extra touches made unpacking my flute really great. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the personalized video he made of his final test session of my flute. He included specific recommendations for to how to get the best sound from my particular headjoint. Wow! Great expertise and fantastic service!

Now we've just received our new piccolos, and will be taking them to our first band practice. We look forward to many years of use from our new instruments, and outstanding service from Rich and Stephanie Lupo! -

We spent hours trying each one he had available in my price range, comparing different head joints and bodies, etc. He was very knowledgeable when it comes to the background and details of each instrument. Overall I felt he was very generous with his time and expertise. I'm thrilled with my new instrument, and so relieved that the process of buying it went so smoothly with Rich.

When the manufacturer could not answer my questions, I contacted Rich. Not only could he answer my questions, but he took the time to give me a really cool history about the flute I purchased.
