From the moment we walked in Phil greeted us with a smile and he was very attentive. I liked that he really knew his background of the furniture we were looking at plus the material. He explained in detail what would work for us since we do have 3 cats. He provided great customer service and went above and beyond. Having worked in customer service for over 15 years it was nice to see that there are still employees who go above and beyond and love what they do! We will keep Phil in mind for when we need to buy more furniture in the future.

(April 22, 2023, 11:09 pm)Phil is a great salesman!! Very knowledgeable about the furniture and was not pushy at all. I left the store to think about my purchase, and I came back a week later, and Phil remembered me! This is the piece I purchased. Great couch that becomes 2 recliners with lumber.

Did not just present the most expensive models but all models which would be appropriate for both my husband and I. And he studied our “issues” to help us find a mutual best fit for both of us…really appreciated his time and effort!
