Thumbs up to service tech who handled my vehicle for this visit. The wait time for my oil change and tire rotation was approximately 40 minutes. Much improved over previous visits for same service. Wait lounge was very clean and supplied coffee pods, hot chocolate and bottled water for waiting customers. Nice perk for early morning customers. Car returned to me spotless after complimentary service wash so I felt this visit deserves 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Anna the service advisor was AMAZING!! I stopped going to the Jeep dealer in gurnee and make a further trip to fox lake but it’s so worth it!!! The staff is amazing, punctual and honest. Thank you all for everything and I’ll see you soon for my next maintenance appt!

Excellent experience. My truck was showing signs of corrosion and after review the dealer repaired my hood hinges and the frame of my 2020 Gladiator. I’m glad I picked Ray as my dealer.

My experience purchasing a car from Ray was excellent. I worked with Paul through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and I received above and beyond customer service. Paul made the car purchase easy for me by doing the majority of the sale from the comfort of my home. Parents will understand how huge this is! When I arrived to finalize the sale all I had left was a couple signatures.
I was completely shocked and thrilled when the Finance Manager, Ozzie let me know he was able to find me a loan with a lower interest rate than I was expecting. So very thankful for his hard work!
I highly recommend working with Paul when it comes time to purchase your next vehicle.
