I have had the best experience at this location with Carol! We have made friends!! Each time I visit the unit, she is always greeting me with a big smile and Hello! She goes above and beyond and out of her way to make the storage experience smooth. I got my storage unit 3 years ago and have made a couple moves since and she’s been so helpful! I also feel very safe at this storage unit!!

Carol was very helpful in showing me the options of the storage units & prices. She was very welcoming and thorough in her explanation to make sure I had all the information I needed. Carol has also helped me with other questions I’ve had and has help me process payment !

This place is easy to find, the parking is really easy, and the best part about this location is the help you get from Carole. I booked my reservation for storage online and I called after hours for info and got a call back from Carole first thing in the morning. She is helpful, thorough, and very understanding of how to help people with their storage units. When I went to the storage unit to get set up, Carole was extremely helpful. She showed us around, helped get our storage unit all set up, and gave us helpful tips.

It's a nice long drive for me to use this location out of the many available to me, but I choose this one because of the stellar customer service! Carol at the service desk is very helpful going above and beyond for loyal customers. I applaud her effort, kindness, communication and down to earth nature. When I hit a rough patch Carol was very sweet and encouraging and informative about the policies and procedures to help me avoid any penalties. She is very knowledgeable about Public Storage! She is a pleasure to work with and the facility in Niles is clean and folks are friendly. Thanks again Carol!

Carole was so helpful and kind! She helped us sort out alternative storage when the booking we had made didn’t work out. She called other locations for us on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving — a time most people wouldn’t want to go above and beyond at work! We greatly appreciated her help.
