After being robbed, I was desperate for a safe place to keep my belongings. I contacted Extra-space Storage on the recommendation of a friend and discovered that there was a facility within a mile of me that had just the right space specification I was looking for, as well as insurance coverage at a reasonable charge. The official patiently aided me on the phone to secure my storage space within minutes of my first call, and I transferred my items without incident. My first month was also free. Highly recommended, particularly for travelers.

Liz and the folks at Extra Space we're so helpful in arranging the right sized unit when I had to move my Mom to Chicago from out of state. The space was clean, getting in and out was super easy, and when we needed a few extra days at the end of the contract, they worked it out with me so I wouldn't have to pay for another month. Their 2 months of space deal for one month of rent really helped out budget-wise. Night and day difference between here and that place you can also rent trucks from. A+.
