Working with Michelle McManus has been Heaven sent. Not all homes are easy sells and my grandmother's was no exception. Michelle was tenacious in her no nonsense approach to sell. Her hard work ethic, absolutely positive can do attitude, relentless ability to spearhead selling our home was astounding. Her positive energy is contagious. Our home sat a while. Michelle never gave up. From flyers, to continous open houses, to word of mouth. Even walking down the block talking to neighbors, she Never wained in her want to help us sell. You Do Not see this work ethic anymore. She gave us ideas how to improve the sell, and was understanding if you took her ideas or not. Michelle possesses a masterful skill set w/the ins and outs of selling. There is no way we could have navigated those details without her spearheading the way. She knew almost every question we asked, and if she didn't, she'd find out. She was not pompous w/an "I know all" attitude. She understands the human emotion of house selling and that is VERY important. Her empathy and kindness was bestowd upon as, she knows sometimes, it is a very painful process. Michelle's ability to combine stellar professionalism, realism, and the HUMAN element is beyond. She "actively" listens to her sellers to determine what their needs are, and based on that, lays out a foundation plan and will not stop til it is complete, going the extra mile. In a world where realtors are a dime a dozen, most wanting to make a quick buck and move on, having no empathy, no willngness to help. Michelle stands out like a diamond. She was the right and only realtor to sell our home. It doesn't matter if your home is an easy sell or hard sell, her quality of work will be the same. She is a stellar representative for @Properties, an Asset and most important, an amazing human being. What a wonderful company this has been to work with. She is the Only realtor I would recommend for selling, buying, or advice.

I’ve been in my new home a week now and each day I feel incredibly grateful. Grateful to be a home owner but so grateful for my relator who found this home for me and my family.
