(April 11, 2023, 2:55 pm)I’ve been working with Angie for several years now, and credit her Pilates instruction for much of my flexibility and strength. She is really gifted in being able to modify workouts to my particular needs or temporary aches and pains.
Her studio is a terrific environment with very high quality Pilates equipment. She has had extensive training in the classical Romana Pilates methods and maintains her edge with continuing education. -

When I was going through health issues she was able to individualize my sessions so that I was able to keep exercising. I highly recommend Angie and encourage anyone to try her classes. You won’t be disappointed!
