I am so proud to be a member of a such an amazing self defense training center! Here you can shed all your worries, stresses and fears because the instructors teach you real world scenario self defense. Expect to walk out of every class feeling stronger, and more confident in the skills you learn. My family practices together and it has made all the difference in how we interact at home. We now share a common interest in physical fitness goals. When we train together it’s with the purpose of ensuring “one may walk in peace”. Thank you Sue and all the incredible instructors for all you do!

What a great experience! A group of women from work took the 1.5 hour self-defense class and it was informative, empowering and an incredible workout! The instructor, Sue, is an all around badass...funny, engaging and you learn so much. Her assistant, Ashley, was fantastic, the facility was clean, I'm thinking of taking more classes! Get out and support an awesome, family owned, local business!

I have played team and individual sports my entire life. I have joined various gyms and have tried many exercise programs over the years. I have never felt more satisfied after my work out as I do after I finish one of many different classes they offer. The instructors are highly certified and professional. All of the students are friendly and supportive. But most importantly, I am learning skills that will help me in protecting myself and especially my family. Until you try it, you don’t know what you are missing.

I remember I tried a free trial class as a New Years resolution. The next day I called and wanted to sign up for a year. I look forward to going to class each time I go and I feel like I learn something new every time. The instructors are highly certified (check out the website) and they want you to succeed. It is always a great workout and you will learn something practical. Highly recommended!
