Very communicative and straightforward customer service. Inspection was very thorough. Little bit more expensive than I initially thought but that could just be me. VERY FAST turn around. Dropped it off and got it back in less than 3 business days! If you need work done on a European vehicle and you're in the Chicago NW side or NW suburbs these are your guys.

Great shop for any Saab. They have the Saab specific scan tools and can diagnose what most service shops cannot. Fair and honest pricing, too.

Peterson automotive does an excellent job in repair. I have a 2002 Saab 9-3. It's an old car but is in very good condition. I trust Peterson to maintain my car. They are very honest unlike another Saab auto repair business in Chicago. They are highly recommended. You can trust them to take good care of your car.

They are fast, kind, honest and have great people skills! All 4 dudes I interacted with seemed like genuinely respectable people. Very clean lobby with phone chargers to borrow, nice books to look at and coffee to drink while you wait!

I drive my Saab from the Southside of Chicago to Skokie because Petersen Automotive goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm safe on the road and doesn't take advantage of people.
