The 2 man team of Robert & Will were on time..very polite & respectful..and most of all worked without breaking to clean the sewage & water from our crawl space along with all the containers & Christmas trees..they even carted them to our garage & driveway from a lower level which kept our living area clean…

The ServPro crew led by Alec were amazing. My home suffered major water damage and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call for help. The crew was professional and very respectful of our home despite the chaos and damage. Work they performed was within the time they said. They were very easy to work with, responsive to questions and knowledgeable. And they were all good to our dogs too. These guys came through and helped when we needed it the most. They also worked directly with the insurance, which made the process easier for us. We are grateful for them and their work.

I cannot thank Servpro of Joliet enough for their politeness and willingness to get my home back to normal after our incident. Highly recommend Alec too, he was very knowledgeable and a very hard worker.

I was so impressed with these men. They came in they were so professional. They work together like a team. They put blankets and plastic down to protect my floor. They also covered my furniture and my countertop to make sure that it wouldn’t get covered with plaster dust. When they left my floors were clean everything was clean didn’t have a mess anywhere. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I ever need work done again I will definitely hire them I don’t want anybody else, they’re the best .

Went to this location for their Sample / Warehouse Sale that they have twice a year. Got some great deals on some awesome stuff! Don't know much about the Warehouse but the sale went on for 3 days. I went on the first day right when they opened the doors. Most items marked down to $1-$5 an item. Definitely check it out. Lines can get long here so go early !
